A. Hazardous Or Dangerous Waste Prohibited: Any person who deposits or disposes of any hazardous or otherwise dangerous waste matter at, or provides for delivery of same to, an approved solid waste disposal site shall be liable for the full costs of controlling and eliminating any posed health hazard and/or properly disposing of said dangerous materials, as may be incurred by the county or any other public agency. B. Potato Waste Prohibited: Cull potatoes, potato tare, and other forms of potato waste shall not be accepted at the Power County landfill, effective May 15, 1996. (Res. 96-01, 5-20-1996)
