The purpose of this Chapter shall be to provide a framework for the solid waste disposal system which operates now and will operate in the future within Power County. It is the intent of the Board of County Commissioners, through enactment of the Ordinance codified in this Chapter, to exercise all powers granted to it in the field of solid waste management by relevant provision of the Idaho Constitution and the Idaho Code.
