2-2-6: SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS:
Under the provisions of Idaho Code section 67-4612, Power County may provide by ordinances, special conditions or restrictions for the protection, enhancement and preservation of historic properties. (Ord. 87-01, 4-13-1987)
