2-1-5: MAPS, PLATS AND REPLATS:
Any and all maps, plats and replats of land which require approval of the Governing Board or of any of its officers shall first be submitted to the commission for its suggestions, which are to be given within a reasonable time or the time limitations of the applicable ordinance.
