2-1-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this chapter:
APPOINTED MEMBERS: All voting members of the Planning and Zoning Commission who are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.
COMMISSION: The Power County Planning and Zoning Commission created by this chapter.
EX OFFICIO MEMBERS: Nonvoting members who are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.
GOVERNING BOARD: The Board of County Commissioners of Power County, Idaho. (Ord. 2018-07, 10-1-2018)
