The following codes, except as herein amended, are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein, and shall apply in the unincorporated areas of Power County. The sections shall include rules and regulations governing all grading and building activity including: erection, construction, enlargement, alterations, repair, moving, removal, conversion, demolition, occupancy, equipment use, height, area, maintenance of buildings or structures, and installation requirements for manufactured homes in accordance with the provisions of title 44, chapter 22 Idaho Code. It shall be unlawful to engage in any grading or building activity without complying with the rules and regulations as contained in this chapter and the codes adopted herein. The following codes and portions thereof are on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, in accordance with Idaho Code, section 31-715.
