8-1-9: ADDITIONAL FEES:
Plan review changes, additions or revisions to plans, or other administrative activities including but not limited to reactivation of expired residential building permits, review and processing of plan modifications, review and processing of upgrades, agreements, courtesy inspections, and miscellaneous inspections shall be assessed at an hourly rate as listed in this section.
   A.   Plan Review And Other Inspections And Fees:
      1.   Plan Review Fees:
         a.   Plan review fees for buildings constructed pursuant to the International Building Code shall be accessed at an hourly rate of forty seven dollars ($47.00) per hour when required.
         b.   Plan review fees for buildings constructed pursuant to the International Residential Code shall be accessed at an hourly rate of forty seven dollars ($47.00) per hour when required.

Inspections outside of normal business hours (minimum charge - 2 hours)
