7-1-10: APPEAL TO DISTRICT COURT:
Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Board of Commissioners of the County Highway District may appeal the same directly to the District Court of the Sixth Judicial District in and for Power County. (Ord. 76-04, 7-10-1976)
