2-5-21: EFFECTIVE DATE:
This chapter shall become effective on and after July 1, 2012, subject to approval of a majority of the registered voters of the city of Poteau, Oklahoma, voting on same in manner prescribed by 11 Oklahoma Statutes, 2011, sections 16-101 and 16-112. (Ord. 722, 2-1-2012)
