2-5-10: REMEDIES EXCLUSIVE:
The remedies provided by sections 2-5-7 and 2-5-8 of this chapter shall be exclusive remedies available to any person for the review of tax liability imposed by this chapter. (Ord. 722, 2-1-2012)
