1-11-3: JURISDICTION OF COURT:
The court shall exercise original jurisdiction to hear and determine prosecutions wherein a violation of any ordinance of the city is charged, including any such prosecutions transferred to the court in accordance with applicable law. (1990 Code § 6-103)
