From and after February 3, 2020, the new rates for water users or customers in the city who reside in dwelling units without separate meters, and specifically in the case of individual mobile homes in any mobile home park and individual housekeeping units within any apartment, which mobile home or unit does not have a separate meter, there shall be additional charges of:

Water | 10.56 per month |
for a total of twenty-five dollars and twenty cents ($25.20) per month for each such mobile home or housekeeping unit, a "housekeeping unit" being a unit with kitchen facilities or privileges for family functions. (Ord. 523, 7-3-1995; amd. Ord. 781, 2-3-2020; Ord. 802, 8-2-2021)
