A. Speed Limit Specified: The maximum speed of railroad engines, motorcars or trains of cars within the corporate limits of the city is forty five (45) miles per hour.
B. Duty Of Engineer: No engineer or other person in charge of a railway engine, motorcar or train of cars shall operate and run the same, or permit the same to be operated and run, along any track within the corporate limits of the city at a greater rate of speed than is prescribed and set forth in this section.
