A. Permit Required: Before beginning any boring, cutting or excavation under, across or through any street, highway or alley, or in any right of way or easement adjacent to any street, highway or alley, the party about to perform the same shall apply for a permit therefore from the City;
B. Fee: The fee for the permit shall be set by the City Council. No permit fee is required from an entity that pays franchise fee(s) to the City of Poteau. (Ord. 815, 11-7-2022)
