6-12-10: OVERTIME PARKING:

Any unattended vehicle which has been parked for more than one hour in excess of the time allowed for parking in any place shall be impounded, and any vehicle parked in violation of this title, regarding more than forty eight (48) hours, shall be impounded. (1990 Code § 15-1310)
