5-2-4: SECRETARY-TREASURER:
One member elected by the members of the volunteer fire department is a secretary-treasurer. His duties shall consist of the following:
   A.   Calling the roll at the opening of each meeting;
   B.   Keeping the minutes of each meeting; and
   C.   Collecting any monies due the department by the members. (1990 Code § 13-205)
