3-2-11: INTOXICATED PERSONS IN CAFE OR CLUB PROHIBITED:

No person operating a cafe, restaurant, club, or any place of recreation within the city, and no employee engaged in connection with the operation of such a cafe, restaurant, club or place of recreation, shall permit any person to be drunk or intoxicated in the place of business. (1990 Code § 3-114)
