It is unlawful for any person to violate posted rules, established by the owner or manager, governing orderly personal conduct on the grounds of any public school, publicly owned building, public park, beach, picnic grounds, or other facility or lands leased or owned by any public agency, or at any publicly sponsored assembly, recreational activity, or on the premises of any business or other commercial or not for profit enterprise where the public has general unrestricted access. To be enforceable pursuant to this code provision the subject rules shall be clearly printed in English and posted in a conspicuous place or places upon or within the premises affected thereby. Owner posted rules regarding parking of motor vehicles upon privately owned premises shall not be subject to this code provision. (Ord. 768 § 1, 1994)
