This chapter shall not apply to any machine that can be operated only by current coins of United States currency and that at each operation vends, sells, delivers and emits merchandise only and in the same amount at each operation and that is so constructed and built that tokens, slugs or metal discs or current coins cannot be issued, delivered or emitted therefrom.
