(a) No person shall park any semitrailer, unattached to its tractor, on any street or alley within the City at any time.
(b) No person shall park any vehicle or trailer, or permit the same to remain parked, standing or abandoned, upon any street or alley for a continuous period longer than seventy-two hours. This section shall not be construed as affecting any other parking regulation now in effect or that may hereafter become effective but shall be construed as an additional parking limitation. The purpose of this section is to prohibit continuous long-time parking and the storage of vehicles or trailers on the streets or alleys of the City.
