Council hereby organizes a Traffic Advisory Committee, to advise Council and the City Manager on matters pertaining to traffic within the City of Portsmouth, Ohio to consist of one person being appointed by each Councilperson, the Police Chief or his designee, and the City Engineer or his designee, to serve for three year terms staggered.
