It is hereby designated to be the continuing policy of the City of Portsmouth, Ohio, to do all things necessary and proper to secure for all its residents their right to equal housing opportunities regardless of their race, creed, color, religious beliefs, age, disability, gender, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, union affiliation or national origin.
