For each and every violation or instance of noncompliance, violators may be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, as defined by Title 5, Criminal Offenses, Section 501.99, and each day that the violation exists will constitute a separate offense.
A subsequent violation of this Zoning Code involving the same property, the same violator, and occurring within two years of the last prior conviction for the same violation, constitutes a misdemeanor of the first degree, as defined in Title 5, Criminal Offenses Code, Section 501.99.
