1141.18 EXPIRATION OF BUILDING PERMIT.

When a building permit has been issued, the operation called for by it shall be for a term of one (1) year from its date, and at the expiration of such period, a new building permit shall be obtained in the same manner as provided for the original building permit, before such work can proceed further.
