1351.07 JANITOR.

In any multiple dwelling with five (5) or more units, and in which the owner does not reside, there shall be designated by the owner a janitor, custodian, agent, operator or other responsible person, who shall be considered the resident agent and who shall reside in the multiple dwelling and have charge of it.
