(a) Each dwelling unit shall be identified with permanent numerals or letters placed on the front entrance of such dwelling units. For purposes of this section, the use of permanent script letters shall not be deemed sufficient identification and shall be supplemented with numerals.
(b) In the event that the multiple dwelling maintains separate entrances for the separate suites or groups of suites, each entrance shall have posted therein a list of the suites which are accessible therefrom.
(c) Where installed, mailboxes shall be properly maintained and operational.
(d) Where installed, buzzer systems shall be maintained and operational.
(e) Where installed, bars and security grills shall be maintained.
(f) Where installed, exterior lightings shall be maintained on the fire escapes and driveways. (Ord. 2022-95. Passed 11-28-22.)
