1349.22 PROHIBITED LOCATIONS OF HEATING EQUIPMENT.

No heating equipment, including water heaters, which burn solid, liquid or gaseous fuel shall be located in any bedroom, bathroom, toilet room, or any room used for sleeping purposes, or hallways above the first floor, unless specifically approved for such use.
