1349.08 MAINTENANCE OF REQUIRED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.

Every supplied facility and piece of utility equipment which is required under this Housing Code, and every chimney and smoke pipe, shall be so constructed and installed that it will function safely and effectively, and shall be maintained in sound working condition.
