1349.06 PLUMBING FIXTURES.

Every plumbing fixture shall be properly installed and maintained in sound mechanical condition, free from defects, leaks and obstructions, and in accordance with Title Three - Plumbing Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Portsmouth.
