(a) No person shall occupy as owner-occupant or shall let to another for occupancy any dwelling, dwelling unit, rental dwelling or rooming house which does not comply with the following minimum standards for residential dwellings.
(b) Every dwelling, dwelling unit, rental dwelling or rooming house shall contain within its walls the following:
(1) Minimum habitable floor area for the number of occupants.
(2) One (1) kitchen or kitchen facility.
(3) At least one (1) bathroom with a bathtub or shower facilities.
(4) Approved heating appliance capable of supplying heat to all habitable rooms. (Ord. 2022-95. Passed 11-28-22.)
