(a) The owner, agent or person in charge of every multiple dwelling structure shall cause a permit to be posted conspicuously at all times at the main entrance of such structure. The permit shall be provided with a protective covering and shall be securely affixed to the wall.
(b) The owner or owner's agent of a dwelling structure, other than a multiple dwelling structure, requiring a permit, shall have such permit available on the licensed premises, or otherwise readily available, for exhibition to the Housing Inspector or other authorized City personnel.
(c) The display or accessibility of the permit is part of the rental inspection requirements. Failure to display or provide the permit is punishable of a fine up to one hundred fifty dollars ($150,00).
