1347.08 EXPIRATIONS AND RENEWALS.
   (a)   Every rental dwelling or rooming house permit shall be renewed one (1) year from the date of issuance.
   (b)   Failure to apply or renew a permit shall be deemed to be a violation of this Housing Code and shall subject the owner of the structure to the legal action and penalty prescribed herein.
