151.05 SUBMISSION OF PLAN TO PLANNING COMMISSION.

After a proposed urban renewal plan has been prepared, it shall be submitted by the Director of the Community Development Department, or his designee, to the Planning Commission, together with supporting studies and reports, for its review.
