1341.32 RENTAL DWELLING OR ROOMING HOUSE.
   "Rental Dwelling" (or "Rooming House") means a structure or part thereof containing one (1) or more dwelling units, in which space is let to one (1) or more persons or families by the owner or operator. (Ord. 2022-95. Passed 11-28-22.)
