777.20 RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS.

The Board shall determine its own rules and proceedings. A detailed record of all proceedings had by the Board will be kept on file in the Department of Engineering, which record shall be open to public inspection at all times. Such records shall be retained for at least three years before being destroyed.
