777.19 BOARD OF SHORT-TERM RENTALS APPEALS ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby created the Board of Short Term Rentals Appeals, located in the Department of Engineering, which shall hear appeals from any person allegedly aggrieved by any order of the Director in the enforcement of the provisions of this Chapter.

The Board shall serve without compensation and shall consist of the City Manager, the Solicitor and the President of Council.
