The City Engineer is hereby designated and appointed to serve as the prevailing wage coordinator, to meet the requirements of Ohio R.C. Chapter 4115, pertaining to prevailing wage law, requiring a contracting public authority to:
(a) Appoint a prevailing wage coordinator;
(b) Establish files for payroll reports submitted by contractors and subcontractors; and
(c) Operate a procedure to monitor prevailing wage compliance.
