In all criminal cases appealed from the Municipal Court to the Common Pleas Court or Court of Appeals of the County in which the Prosecuting Attorney of the County is interested or in which he may have a legal obligation to prosecute, the City Solicitor is hereby authorized and directed to lend his full cooperation to the Prosecuting Attorney in the prosecution of such appeals.
