135.01 PROSECUTION OF CRIMINAL CASES ON APPEAL.

The City Solicitor is hereby authorized and directed to prosecute on appeal all criminal cases heretofore and now pending in the Common Pleas Court of the County and all criminal cases hereafter appealed from the Municipal Court to the Common Pleas Court or the Court of Appeals of the County.
