303.087 AUTHORITY OF POLICE TO IMPOUND OR IMMOBILIZE VEHICLES.

Members of the Department of Police are authorized, within the limits set forth in this chapter, to impound or immobilize vehicles under the circumstances enumerated in Section 303.086. (Ord. 2014-46. Passed 11-10-14.)
