1371.04 SEVERABILITY.

It is declared that this chapter is enacted in the interest of the public health and welfare of the residents of the City. If any part of this chapter shall be declared to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter, the Council hereby declaring that it would have passed such remaining portions of this chapter notwithstanding such validity.
