Any medical service, medical clinic or office currently operating within the City of Portsmouth as a “pain clinic”, “pain management clinic” or “pain management center” shall have thirty (30) days from the adoption of this chapter to comply with the requirements herein. Failure to do so shall be considered a violation of this chapter and shall subject the “pain clinic”, “pain management clinic” or “pain management center” to closure.
