769.05 APPROVAL OF DIRECTOR OF HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

No permit authorizing the establishment and operation of a “pain clinic” within the City limits of the City of Portsmouth, Ohio shall be issued unless the application and affidavits described above are approved by the Director of the Department of Health.
