Wherever used in the Ohio Fire Code, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:
(a) "Municipality" means the City of Portsmouth, Ohio.
(b) "Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention" means the officer in charge of the Bureau of Fire Prevention who is appointed by the City Manager.
(c) "Corporate Counsel" means the City Solicitor.
