Every accessory building is to have a solid foundation extending eighteen inches below grade line under same or a foundation resting on piers spaced not more than six feet apart. Walls of accessory buildings are not to lean or list and are to be vertical. All unsafe accessory buildings, buildings without foundations and buildings which are listing or leaning, are to be removed.
