   The permit fees for new buildings, additions to existing buildings, alterations, repairs and rehabilitation shall be as follows:

   All electrical work shall be in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the National Electrical Code and the “List of Inspected Electrical Equipment”, being the standaards of the National Fire Protection Association both as adopted or hereafter amended or advanced engineering practices recognized by the American Institute of Electrical Engineers Electrical Testing Laboratories and the National Bureau of Standards and in accordance with the minimum requirements of the State Building Code.
   Reinspection Fee. Whenever a re-inspection fee of any type is made necessary by the failure of the applicant to have the work ready for inspection when so reported, or by reason of faulty or improper installation, such person shall pay a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each re-inspection.
