1101.03 SEVERABILITY.

If any section, clause, phrase, word, provision or portion of these Subdivision Regulations is held to be unconstitutional or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding or decision shall not affect any other section, clause, phrase, word, provision or portion of these Subdivision Regulations.
