The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to designate the levee adjacent to Spartan Stadium and Branch Rickey Park as a no trespassing area, and to close the levee, or portions thereof, to the general public, when events are scheduled in the Spartan Stadium/Branch Rickey Park area.
Once such a designation has been made, then anyone who trespasses upon the closed portion of the levee shall be in violation of this section and guilty of criminal trespass, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 501.99.
