The person granted the use of the Stadium and Parks shall agree to hold the City harmless from any and all actions for damages for personal injuries or injury or damage to property in connection with any event, exhibition, contest or game held in the Stadium or Parks, saving and excepting only acts of negligence on the part of the City or its duly authorized officers and employees.
