947.03 USE OF STADIUMS AND PARKS; PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall use Spartan Stadium or Branch Rickey Park for the purpose of any event, exhibition or contest, or for any other purpose whatsoever, without first obtaining a permit for such use from the Service Director. This permit shall be obtained prior to announcing or advertising the event.
